The Student Council is a group of students selected each year to represent the CNR student body.

The CNR Student Council organizes several events for the college throughout the year, including Natural Resources Week, the Logger's Ball, and the CNR Closing Social.  NR Week is one week each year, usually in October, when the CNR gets to show the rest of Utah State University what we do.  NR Week events have included logger’s breakfast on the TSC Patio, wildlife demonstrations, dutch oven cook-offs, wildlife art competitions, canyon clean-ups, stream restoration projects, and much more!  The Student Council also assists student clubs and professional chapters with activities they plan and attend.

The CNR Student Senator, who represents the CNR on the Associated Students of Utah State University (ASUSU) Executive Council, is also a member of CNR Student Council.  CNR Council members give the senator input on how to represent CNR students on issues at the university level.
