Natural Resources and Environmental Issues

The management of global natural resources depends on our ability to obtain and disseminate pertinent information. Equally important, the information should reflect current issues of concern to natural resources and environmental managers as well as to the public. NREI is a series that addresses these relevant issues. 

University Education in Natural Resources

UENR explores the issues facing educators in natural resources fields. The biannual conference is a blend of plenary and breakout sessions devoted to issues surrounding and methods for engaging students in learning. Topics reflect the diverse subject areas and perspectives across the broad spectrum of interests.

Western International Forest Disease Work Conference

WIFDWC is an international meeting of western forest pathologists. The workshop is designed to provide an opportunity to review briefly all activities in forest pathology in western North America and Canada.
