Who We Serve:

Key patrons include faculty, students, and staff of the College of Natural Resources. Other patrons non-affiliated with CNR have open access to all information served over the Web provided they are in the Library or on campus. Walk-in services are provided for all patrons. Provisions for in-depth services to will be decided on a case-by-case basis. 

Technical Assistance and Access:

We are equipped with a PDF, flatbed and slide scanner. Trained staff can assist in the scanning process and provide images and documents ready for PowerPoint, Photoshop, or PDF delivery. Color and black/white photocopying and printing are available for a cost of $0.25 and $0.05 per page. In addition we have a LCD portable projector, a wireless laptop, a portable DVD player/recorder, a external USB zip drive, and 2 digital cameras for check-out.

Publishing:

The Quinney Library provides assistance and support for natural resources based publications. We can format, compile, bind, and deliver self edited proceedings, class projects, and monographic series to pre-arranged audiences. Cost is dependent on level of service. Workshops and Roundtables:

Quinney Library partners with people and groups within and outside of CNR to host, sponsor, and/or create roundtables, symposia, workshops, conferences, and multi-institutional web pages. Some examples include the Water in the West Symposium, Nature Writers Roundtable and University Education in Natural Resources websites.
